Psalt Designs a Sheffield based design company produced beautifully crafted bread making tools, with a nod to the history of Fletchers Bakery, formerly one of the bigger employers in Parson Cross. They also made a short film 'Bread Making', seeing the tools in use at a local bakers.

This was one of four 'small commissions' made via THE COLLABORATORS as part of their Yorkshire Artspace residency in Parson Cross.
