There are currently no studios available and we are operating a waiting list across all sites. Because we alocate studios based on date of application, it is certainly worth joining the list.

As a very rough guide, the wait for studios at Exchange Place can be from 3-9 months, depending on what size studio you need. The wait for smaller studios (18m2) at Persistence Works can be around 6-12 months, medium and large studios 3 years plus. Studios at Manor Oaks, other than the Starter Studio places, very rarely become available.
