Find Us, Keep Us 2013

Over the coming weeks I will be carrying out several small-scale and playful interventions within Parson Cross. The work is engineered to sit and wait, as a gift, for anyone to pick up and make their own. It will include 12” wooden mannequins, string telephones, drawings, feathers and sweets taken from the work of Felix Gonzalez-Torres.

Additionally, I will be holding an open event/situation it which passers-by will be invited to take a handmade pair of anti-peripheral goggles to wear, as seen at this year’s Vantage Art Prize in Leeds. I am interested in moments (or performances) of encounter between the artist, the work and the public.
