The supportive community and low-cost rent provide a safety net, giving you the freedom to explore your practice, take risks, and pursue your own goals in a self-directed way. Our dedicated Kiln Technician is responsible for kiln maintenance and repair, allowing you to focus on your own creative and professional development. You will be responsible for firing your own work and will receive a full kiln induction when joining the studio, as well as continued support and advice.
*please note use of gas kiln is subject to additional costs

To apply to join Clay Space, please complete the application form below by 10am on Monday 24 March. We will endeavour to let you know the outcome of your application by Tuesday 1 April.
We recommend viewing the space before making an application. We will be hosting an open day on Tuesday 25 February, 11am-1pm, to see the space and find out more. Please email rachael@artspace.org.uk to book. For those unable to attend the open day, there is a video tour below giving an idea of the space.
