Botanicals Contemporary Art Exhibition​​

Botanicals is an exhibition of contemporary art with a botanical theme. 30 artists were selected from over 140 submissions to form an outstanding selection of work in a diverse range of disciplines. ​

The exhibition has been devised and curated by Fronteer, made up of husband and wife duo Michael Borkowsky and Sharon Mossbeck. This is the first exhibition they have held at Exchange Place Studio since a massive refurbishment of the ground floor and gallery spaces. The new gallery is perfectly suited to the contemporary style of the exhibition, and showcases the botanical works at their very best. ​

The exhibition is sponsored by multi award winning florist Campbell's Flowers, based at Kelham Island. It's a perfect partnership, with Tracey Campbell and her team providing a botanical themed installation of their own in the window space of the gallery.​

The Exhibition comes at an exciting time with the current redevelopment of the Castlegate area of Sheffield, and Exchange Place Studios is right at the heart of the action.

The exhibition opens with a private view on Friday 5th July 6-8pm. It is a FREE event and everyone is welcome.​

The exhibition runs from 6th July - 27th July, open 11-4 daily (closed Sundays)​​
