YOU ARE INVITED TO A FREE AIR TIME EVENT for visual artists and makers in SOUTH YORKSHIRE

Are you a visual artist seeking information on public and product liability insurance, funding and other professional development issues? Do you want to develop your networks and collaborations with organisations and individuals in your local area?

AIRTIME events provide information and tips from artists, arts organisations and other experts on professional issues. You can find out more about public and product liability insurance, promotion and ways to support your practice in this fast paced event where you will meet and have the opportunity to network with like-minded artists.

Contributors include Hencilla Canworth Insurance Brokers, artists and experts including representatives from AIR, a-n, Engage and DACS (Design and Artists Copyright Society) and other arts organisations from the region.

Venue: Yorkshire Artspace, Persistence Works Studios, 21 Brown Street, Sheffield S1 2BS. Date: 16 October 2013 from 3pm to 5pm.

This event is FREE but booking is required. ADDITIONAL NEEDS: When booking for AIRTIME, please state any special arrangements you may require to enable you to participate. For example, we can provide a signer, material in large print and cover special transport costs. There are currently almost 17,000 artists signed up for AIR.
