Corporate Hire
Persistence Works is our award-winning building located in Sheffield city centre and at the heart of the Cultural Industries Quarter we are easily accessible, situated 5 minutes from the train and bus station, and within ten minutes of the motorway.
As well as the 53 studios we hire to our members, we also have a meeting room and a project space available for private hire. Whether you want to host an away-day for your colleagues, a presentation for a group of up to 30 people, or hire a larger room for a workshop, event or conference, we offer highly competitive rates in a unique creative atmosphere. The daily rate to hire the Meeting Room is £100.00. The daily rate to hire the Project Space is £80.00 with long term bookings of 3 weeks and over subject to a reduction.

Tours of Persistence Works
We also offer tours of Persistence Works for a wide variety of groups, from schools and university students, to community groups and corporate organisations. This includes an introduction to the building and visits to individual artists' studios. Fees depend on the length of the tour and the size of the group, so please contact Rachael Dodd on rachael@artspace.org.uk for further details.
