Yorkshire ArtspacePorter Brook Studios
Porter Brook Studios, floors one and two of the ‘Avec’ building on Brown Street next door to Persistence Works, is a temporary studio space that Yorkshire Artspace is leasing from Sheffield City Council for a minimum of two years commencing June 2009.
The 17 well-lit studio spaces are suitable for quieter processes as the building is shared. Studio sizes range from 139 sq ft to 538 sq ft charged at £5.19 per sq ft per annum. Heat and power are charged in addition based on usage.
