Yorkshire ArtspacePorter Brook
Porter Brook Studios, floors one and two of the ‘Avec’ building on Brown Street next door to Persistence Works, is a temporary studio space that Yorkshire Artspace is leasing for a minimum of two years from Sheffield City Council commencing June 2009.
These well lit studios of diverse size have been offered to artists by Yorkshire Artspace on a two-year licence agreement. The building is owned by Sheffield City Council and space is also leased by them to Access Space (ground floor front) and Red Tape Studios (ground floor side). The basement is currently un-let.
