Overview
Yorkshire Artspace’s main building is Persistence Works, a custom-built studio complex in Sheffield city centre providing workspace for 70 artists in 53 studios and is also our administrative base.
In July 2009 we opened Porter Brook Studios, a temporary studio complex (2 years minimum)for 16 artists and makers located in Sheffield city centre next door to Persistence Works.
In August 2010 we opened our brand new Manor Oaks Studios in the Manor area of Sheffield with workspace for 8.
Knutton Road Studios in Parson Cross opened in November 2011. We are now accepting applications for studios at Knutton Road. Studios are allocated to successful interviewees chronologically by date of application.
