Knutton Road Studios are being developed in partnership with Southey Owlerton Area Regeneration, as part of SOAR Works, due to open in Summer 2011. This amazing new building in Parson Cross is at the heart of the Margetson Crescent neighbourhood centre and is particularly easy to access from the M1.
As part of this mixed use development of office and light industrial spaces Yorkshire Artspace will manage ten studio units on the top floor with wonderful natural skylights. The studios are particularly suitable for more quiete visual arts practices. Facilities include free on-site parking, a triple height communal atrium space and access to business services. Studio sizes range from 365 sq ft to 675 sq ft charged at £6 per sq ft per annum. Heat and power are charged in addition based on usage.
