The project space at Exchange Place Studios is available to hire in 2020. The space can be used by external parties to facilitate exhibitions, events, workshops, classes, talks, meetings, pop-up shops, performances and more.
Renovated in 2018, it features high ceilings, white walls, concrete floor and a storage cupboard. It is very visible from the street and boasts good natural lighting thanks to several large windows. Measuring approximately 52m2, the space is a good size for a variety of functions and is accessible via the building’s main entrance.
For exhibitions, we will also provide weekday invigilation between 11am and 4pm, Monday – Friday. You may provide invigilation in order to operate outside of these hours and on weekends, but all invigilators must be inducted and briefed by our staff ahead of the event.
The flat rate for hiring the space is priced at £40 per day.
We offer a reduced rate for weekly bookings, priced at £200 per week.
An additional deposit is required prior to the booking and is refundable at the end of your hire, once the space has been inspected. You will be responsible for returning the space to the condition you found it in after you have finished. The deposit amount is £40 per day or £100 per week.
